Honeyrock Cottages and Venues is ideally situated just outside Kleinmond town center, with the Kogelberg Mountains framing the view to the one side, and the ocean to the other.

The lodge is surrounded by lush lawns and has magnificent views of the Overberg Mountains to the north that rise 1500ft above sea level. Looking south provides lovely sights of the sea.

COTTAGES

Honeyrock Cottages consists of 4 semi-detached units offering a total of 18 beds.
Each unit is fully furnished and is equipped for self catering.
The units are large and spacious and surrounded by rolling lawns of Kikuyu grass.

Each cottage consists of:

Porches at the front that afford views of the Kogelberg mountains
Bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet and hand wash basin
Three units have a separate lounge/living area that includes lounge furniture as well as a kitchenette, table and chairs
Each kitchenette has a kettle, microwave, toaster and electric frying pan
Each unit is equipped with a braai (barbeque) facility on the porch

Two Designs

There are 2 units in each cottage, and each of these units are separate from each other, each with their own layout, patio and living areas.

The main cottages have two very distinct layouts.

The first of these is Cottage 1 with units 1a and 1b. They each have an open plan room and living area with a bathroom to the side.

Cottages 2,3 and 4 have the bedrooms and living areas separate from each other, with an en suite bathroom (shower and toilet) to the bedrooms. These units are spacious enough to have an extra bed added.

Cottage 2b is a spacious Family room with a double bed, and an adjacent room with two single beds.

Cottage 3b is called the Blushing Bride – it has both a bath and a shower and is designed as the honeymoon suite for couples getting married (or wanting some special time away together).
