Wild Forest Inn Offers Self - Catering Accommodation In Graskop, Mpumalanga.

Wild Forest Inn is situated at the foot of the mountain and The Bonnet Pass, overlooking Graskop town and the spectacular eastern Mpumalanga escarpment, this self-catering chalet offers cosy accommodation for 2-4 persons.

Being in close proximity of many well known scenic and historic attractions of the area, the establishment in its tranquil setting is ideal for a relaxing and refreshing break-away from a busy schedule.

Accommodation At Wild Forest Inn

The chalet (open plan configuration with kitchenette) sleeps 2 on a double/queen-size bed and it has 2 single mattresses available on a small loft floor / attic room (accessible by a ladder) which is great fun for kids.

The kitchenette is equipped with most of the basic cooking facilities and utensils, crockery, cutlery, a mini-fridge, a 2-plate stove and a microwave oven. A portable grid is also available for a "braai" / barbecue outside. 

Soap, toilet paper, linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided and there is satellite TV (OVHD).

Sitting on the veranda or from the lawn outside you can watch breathtaking sunrises over the escarpment (looking towards God’s Window) or enjoy a fire and evening barbecue while the sun sets behind the western mountain ridge.

Rates per Cottage/Unit: 

• 1-2 guests = R790 per night
• 3 guests = R970 per night
• 4 guests = R1150 per night.

Cleaning Services

Although guests are generally responsible for cleaning and tidying the chalet during their stay, daily cleaning services can be arranged at a minor additional cost.

Activities around Graskop

For the energetic, a hike up the mountain to the west could be just what is required to relieve some stress and tension.  The area hosts an abundance of outdoor activities like horse-riding, mountain biking, quad-bike and 4x4 trails, hiking, fishing, bird watching and golf. 

Directions To Wild Forest Inn

Follow your favourite route to either Pilgrim’s Rest, Graskop or Sabie. From the road inter-section at “The Bonnet”   between the 3 towns (see map), the entrance is situated approximately 150m on the left, on the road towards Graskop (R532).  Look out for our sign boards and the short white painted poles that mark the entrance on either side. From the entrance, drive up the gravel road for about 100m where you'll find the establishment on the left.
