The Northern Province of Zambia is untamed and wild with wonderful open spaces.  From the Great North Road straight up to Tanzania, you will pass national parks, vast wilderness areas and amazing waterfalls.

Kasanka National Park is situated in the Northern Province, where you can camp next to the river and listen to the sound of hippos without another soul in sight.  The Mutinondo Wilderness, is a vast area of untouched hills, rivers and valleys so peaceful and undisturbed that you will feel like you are back in pre-historic times.

The Northern Province of Zambia incorporates Kasama, Luwingu and Mbala.
