Perdekop
Perdekop, Afrikaans for “Horse Hill” is a small town situated in the Grass and Wetlands region of Mpumalanga in South Africa.
Geography and History
Perdekop was founded during an equine epidemic by farmers who found that if they brought their horses to the top of the hill they would not become ill.
Today the village is still quite small and can be covered on foot or bicycle.
